Why?
What community need or objective did the activity address?
BEYM should report what was actually conducted, who participated with consent, what changed and what still needs improvement.
The photographs document youth and community gatherings, national-day participation, public dialogue, plantation activity, recognition moments and organizational meetings.
For responsible reporting, event records should continue to capture date, location, organizers, participation and measurable outcomes wherever available.

What was conducted, on which date and for how long?
What was the verified location and local context?
Who participated, while respecting consent and privacy?
What immediate output, learning, referral or improvement occurred?

Partners and volunteers can support event documentation, consent practices, data quality and outcome reporting.
